Roebuck Estates Blanc de Noirs 2015 is an exclusive creation meticulously crafted from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in our Roman Villa vineyard. Following a rigorous selection process, these grapes undergo whole-bunch pressing and partial fermentation in the finest French oak casks. A generous period of lees aging, lasting a minimum of 36 months, imparts depth, complexity, and richness to this wine.
