How to Return an Item

2. Repackage: Once confirmed, repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Return the Item: Send the parcel using the instructions provided in our confirmation email.
4. Processing: Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt.
5. Refund: Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return has been inspected.

Returning Unwanted Items

• Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items should be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
• Return courier costs for unwanted items are the customer's responsibility.
• We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service for your peace of mind.

Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

• Please provide photos of any damage or incorrect items when you contact us.
• Wait for confirmation before returning the item to ensure correct processing.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within 14 days of receipt.

• You are responsible for returning the goods and any related courier costs.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Refunds cannot be issued for items damaged while in your possession or during return shipping.
