Aberfeldy 22 Year Old 2001 White Port Finish (Exceptional Cask Series)

Part of Aberfeldy's Exceptional Cask Series, this 22 Year Old White Port Cask Finish is a double cask limited edition personally selected by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod from the distillery's maturing stock. Filled in November 2001 and transferred to White Port casks in July 2022, it represents one of just 276 bottles — a genuinely rare opportunity to experience Aberfeldy's celebrated honeyed Highland character in a form that will not be repeated. Aberfeldy Distillery was established in 1898 in Perthshire, drawing process water from the Pitilie Burn, a source long associated with alluvial gold deposits and renowned for its purity. Distilled in alembic copper pot stills crafted by Forsyths, the distillery produces a fruity, richly honeyed style that has long defined its reputation as the Golden Dram. Here, that character has spent the majority of its life in refill hogsheads and refill barrels before finishing in White Port casks, which have lent a bright stone fruit lift and delicate floral freshness to the whisky's deep, honeyed foundation. Bottled at natural cask strength of 51.7% without chill-filtration, this is a collector's release of considerable distinction. Tasting Note by Aberfeldy:Delightful interplay of ripe peaches, nectarines and apricots , subtle vanilla undertones slowly emerge, with a zest of orange peel and delicate spices adding a layer of warmth, the cask finish perfectly accentuating the honeyed notes of Aberfeldy.

Established in 1812 near Cawdor in the Scottish Highlands, Royal Brackla holds a distinction shared by very few distilleries in Scotland. In 1833 it became the first distillery to be granted a Royal Warrant, bestowed by King William IV, earning it the enduring title of The King's Own Whisky. That heritage of quality and craftsmanship underpins every expression released under the Royal Brackla name, and this 19 Year Old Exceptional Cask release is a particularly fine example of the distillery's considered approach to maturation. • Sale -14%Perfect Gift Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Gran Reserva Rum Cask Finish Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Gran Reserva Rum Cask Finish

Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Gran Reserva Rum Cask Finish

Distilled and matured at the Glenfiddich Distillery in Dufftown, at the heart of Speyside, this 21 year old expression represents one of the most distinctive releases in the distillery's core range. Founded in 1887 by William Grant, Glenfiddich remains family owned and is one of the most celebrated single malt producers in Scotland. Two decades of patient maturation in traditional oak casks allows the distillery's signature character to develop fully before Malt Master Brian Kinsman hand selects individual barrels for the final stage. Those selected casks are transferred into Caribbean reserva rum casks for a finishing period that introduces a layer of tropical warmth and spice to the established Speyside foundation. The result is a whisky of considerable complexity, balancing the restrained richness of a long Speyside maturation with the more animated character that rum cask finishing imparts. At 40% ABV, it is approachable without sacrificing depth, and presents exceptionally well as a gift or a considered addition to a maturing collection. Tasting Note by Glenfiddich:Nose: Intense and vanilla sweet. Floral, hints of banana, figs, rich toffee, new leather and oak.Palate: Initially soft, then brisk, vibrant and drying, peppery, a touch of smoke, oak, lime, ginger and spices.Finish: Very long, warming, dry and spicy.

Macallan 18 Year Old Sherry Oak Cask (2023 Release)

Established in 1824 on the Easter Elchies Estate in Speyside, The Macallan has built its reputation on an unwavering commitment to exceptional oak cask selection. The Sherry Oak Collection represents the distillery's purest expression of that philosophy, with every single malt in the range matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks sourced from Jerez, Spain. Each cask is selected, crafted, toasted and seasoned under the supervision of The Macallan's Master of Wood before being filled to the exacting standards of the Whisky Mastery Team. • Sale -21%Perfect Gift Dewar's 21 Year Old Double Double Dewar's 21 Year Old Double Double

Dewar's 21 Year Old Double Double

Named the world's best blended Scotch at the 2025 World Whiskies Awards, the Dewar's Double Double 21 Year Old is the result of a method most distilleries have never attempted. The Double Double sequence uses four casks — not in parallel, but in order. Bourbon first, to lay the foundation. Sherry second, for dark fruit and depth. Marsala third, adding richness no single finish can reach. Finally, Madeira — a fortified wine cask almost absent from Scotch production — closes the sequence with a warmth collectors specifically seek and rarely find. Twenty-one years for the sequence to complete. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered. Nothing removed that belongs in it. The result is velvety and unhurried — deep notes of ripe fruit, sweet honey, and dark chocolate, with a sherried finish that lingers long after the glass is empty. Tasting Note by Dewar's: Nose: Sweet stone fruits, golden honey, creamy vanilla and subtle citrus zest. Palate: Smooth white chocolate, delicate cinnamon spice and layered dried fruit with nutty undertones. Finish: Long and silky, with a refined balance of fruit, oak sweetness and the gentle warmth of sherry.

Laphroaig 10 Year Old Cask Strength (Batch 17)

Distilled on the storm-swept southern shore of Islay, Laphroaig has been producing some of the world's most recognisable and uncompromising single malts since 1815. The distillery's defining character comes from its own floor maltings, where barley is dried over a peat fire cut from the mossy bogs directly behind the buildings, and from the cold Atlantic air that shapes every cask as it matures in the warehouses facing the sea. That combination of place, process and patience is what makes Laphroaig one of the most distinctive addresses in Scotch whisky. Batch 17 of the Cask Strength expression is bottled without chill-filtration or water reduction, preserving the full natural character of the spirit exactly as it leaves the barrel. At 58.3% ABV, this is Laphroaig at its most direct and unadulterated, a release that rewards those who want to explore the distillery's signature interplay of sweet fruit, coastal salinity and deep Islay peat. Bunnahabhain 15 Year Old Turas Math No.1 (The Westering Home Collection)

Founded in 1881 on the remote northern shore of Islay, Bunnahabhain sits at the end of a single-track road on the Sound of Islay, making it one of the most isolated and characterful distilleries in Scotland. Its unusually tall, pear-shaped stills with elongated swan necks produce a lighter, oilier spirit than its Islay neighbours, and the distillery is notably one of the few on the island to work with unpeated barley. Mineral-rich water drawn from the Margadale Spring, sea air rolling in off the Sound, and a philosophy of non-chill filtration without added colour define the Bunnahabhain house style across every expression. Turas Math No.1 is the opening release in the Westering Home Collection, a three-part series rooted in the distillery's maritime heritage. The whisky is a marriage of two exceptional cask journeys, personally selected by Master Blender Julieann Fernandez. The first parcel was distilled in 2008 and spent its full 15 years maturing in Manzanilla Sherry casks from Jerez. The second parcel matured for a decade in refill casks before receiving a five-year finish in Amarone wine casks from the Veneto region of Italy. The union of these two paths produces a whisky of layered sweetness, coastal character and considered complexity, bottled at cask strength without chill-filtration or added colour. A compelling collector's release and an equally distinguished gift. Tasting Note by Bunnahabhain:Nose: A burst of dark fruits including black cherries, plums, and blackberries, intertwined with cloves and roasted nuts.Palate: Fresh cinnamon pastries and treacle toffee blend with hazelnut, dried figs, and soft herbal notes.Finish: Warm spices linger on the palate, accented by a hint of sea spray.

Founded in 2015 in the Liberties district of Dublin, Teeling Whiskey Company represents a revival of distilling in the Irish capital after a hiatus of over 125 years. The Wonders of Wood series is a limited edition collection that places cask influence at the centre of each release, exploring the contribution that less conventional wood types make to Irish single pot still whiskey. This third edition continues that exploration with a maturation entirely in virgin Swedish oak, a cask type rarely employed in Irish whiskey production. The whiskey itself is crafted from a recipe of equal parts malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in Teeling's copper pot stills in Dublin in the traditional single pot still style. Full maturation in virgin Swedish oak casks, rather than a finishing period, means the wood's influence is woven throughout the spirit rather than layered on at the final stage. Aberfeldy 21 Year Old Argentinian Malbec Wine Cask Finish

The Aberfeldy 21 Year Old Argentinian Malbec Cask Finish is the result of a remarkable collaboration between Malt Master Stephanie Macleod and award-winning winemaker Daniel Pi of Finca Ambrosia, one of Argentina's most prestigious estates. Having travelled to the Uco Valley in Argentina, Stephanie personally selected Malbec casks from Finca Ambrosia to bring an entirely new dimension to the Aberfeldy character — a partnership between two masters of their craft that has produced something genuinely distinctive within the distillery's wine cask series. Aberfeldy Distillery was established in 1898 in Perthshire, drawing process water from the gold-laced Pitilie Burn and producing a fruity, richly honeyed Highland single malt in alembic copper pot stills crafted by Forsyths. Here, 21 years of patient maturation have been completed by a finishing period in Malbec wine casks, which lend vivid red fruit character, gentle floral notes and a subtle tartness that sits in elegant balance with the distillery's signature honeyed sweetness. Bottled at 46% ABV, this limited edition release is as well suited to the collector as it is to the enthusiast seeking something beyond the expected. Tasting Note by Aberfeldy: Evolving aromas of juicy strawberries glazed with sweet Highland honey, gently brightened by hints of fresh blackcurrant. The Grand Cru is among the most refined of these, combining an extended maturation with a finishing cask of considerable distinction. Twenty-three years of maturation in American and European oak casks establishes a deep and well-integrated character before the whisky is transferred to rare French cuvée casks for its finishing period. These casks, associated with some of the finest sparkling wine production in France, introduce a delicate brightness and an elegant structural lift that sets this expression apart from more conventional Speyside releases. Presented in a striking black and gold bottle befitting its position within the Grand Series, the Grand Cru is a compelling choice for the collector and an exceptional gift for occasions that warrant something genuinely special. Tasting Note by Glenfiddich:Nose: Apple blossom, freshly baked bread and candied lemon.Palate: Layers of rich vanilla oak, sweet brioche, sandalwood, pear sorbet and white grape.Finish: Long, opulent and sweet.

Bowmore 30 Year Old (2022 Release)

Established in 1779 on the shores of Loch Indaal on Islay, Bowmore is one of Scotland's oldest distilleries and one of the few remaining to operate its own traditional floor maltings, where barley is turned by hand over peat fires cut from the island's ancient bogs. The distillery's No.1 Vaults, which sit below sea level at the water's edge, provide some of the most distinctive maturation conditions in Scotland, where the cool, damp air and the proximity of the sea exert a quiet but unmistakable influence on every cask stored within. It is this union of place, peat and time that defines Bowmore's character across all its expressions. The 2022 Annual Release of the 30 Year Old is a rare and limited expression, nurtured over three unhurried decades in Sherry hogsheads and Bourbon barrels, a combination that builds extraordinary complexity whilst allowing Bowmore's fabled peat smoke to evolve into something refined and deeply integrated. Inspired by the terrain surrounding the distillery, from the detailed markings of driftwood to the polished translucence of sea glass, this release reflects the distillery's eternal connection with the Islay landscape. As a collector's release and as a gift for a truly significant occasion, the 2022 30 Year Old is among the most considered propositions in the premium single malt category. Tasting Note by Bowmore:Nose: Expressive and layered, led by the sweetness of heather honey. Laphroaig Distillery has stood on the southern shore of Islay since 1815, producing what remains one of the most distinctive and recognisable single malts in the world. The Ian Hunter series pays homage to the last member of the Johnston family to own and manage the distillery, a man whose vision shaped Laphroaig's identity in ways that endure to this day. This 34 year old expression is matured exclusively in American oak ex-bourbon barrels, a direct nod to Ian Hunter's own legacy within the distillery's production history. Glenfiddich 18 Year Old

Established in 1887 by William Grant in Dufftown, Speyside, Glenfiddich remains family-owned across five generations and is widely credited with pioneering the single malt category as we know it today. The distillery's commitment to independence has never wavered, and that same self-reliance extends to every aspect of production, from the copper stills crafted and maintained on site to the patient, unhurried approach to maturation that defines the house style. At eighteen years, the spirit has spent long enough in wood to develop genuine weight and complexity whilst retaining the fresh orchard fruit character that is distinctly Glenfiddich. The 18 Year Old is married in small batches of no more than 150 individually numbered casks, a process overseen with care to ensure extraordinary consistency across every release. The intense marrying period allows the whiskies from individual casks to fully integrate before bottling, producing a Flagship Collection expression that balances the richness of long maturation with the precision of small batch craft. A reliably distinguished gift and a natural step forward for anyone who has enjoyed the 12 or 15 Year Old expressions.
