For residents in the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and Northern Ireland, please expect up to 2 days.

Yes, we offer free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders over £100. Please note that certain exclusions may apply.

Do you deliver on weekends?

For Saturday delivery, please place your orders by 1 PM on Friday. A delivery fee of £7.95 applies to all orders.
This service is not available for specific areas including the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and Northern Ireland. For these areas, orders must be placed before 1 PM on Thursday.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

Yes, you will receive timely notifications about your delivery:

  1. Order Collection Confirmation: After your order is collected from our warehouse, the courier will email you your delivery date.
  2. Delivery Day Notification: On the day of delivery, the courier will send you a text/email specifying your 1-hour delivery slot.
  3. Tracking for Real-Time Updates: We highly recommend using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email for the most up-to-date information from the courier.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour if necessary?

Our policy requires us to deliver to the address specified in the order and obtain a signature from someone at this location. We are unable to leave deliveries with neighbours.
To avoid missed deliveries and potential re-delivery fees, we recommend ensuring someone is available at your delivery address to accept the order.

If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?
