    Note: While we strive to dispatch orders swiftly, there can be delays due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances. For the quickest delivery, please ensure your items are in stock at checkout.
How does the next day delivery work?


Next-day delivery is designed to deliver your orders within 1 working day from the placement date. This specifically applies to all mainland UK addresses. For residents in the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and Northern Ireland, please expect up to 2 days.

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived as expected, please follow these steps:

Currently, we do not offer standard international shipping. However, for larger orders, we may be able to make exceptions. If you're interested in international delivery for a large order, please reach out to us directly:

Can I choose a delivery time slot?

Yes, you can manage your delivery time in the following ways:

  1. Delivery Time Slot Notification: On the day of delivery, you will receive an email before 10 AM confirming a 1-hour delivery time slot.
  2. Edit or Select Delivery Day: Once your order is dispatched, you'll get a tracking link via email. You can use this link to edit or select your preferred day of delivery.

These options provide flexibility and control over when your order will be delivered.

Will the delivery driver call me?

No, the delivery driver will not call you. However, you will receive timely updates in the following ways:

  1. Email Notification: You'll receive an email with a 1-hour delivery time slot before 10 AM on the day of delivery.
  2. Text Message: Depending on the courier, you may also receive a text message with the delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
  3. Tracking Link: For the most up-to-date information, we recommend checking the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. This link will give you real-time updates from the courier.

These methods ensure you are well informed about your delivery time.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free standard delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders over £100. Please note that certain exclusions may apply.

Can I modify an existing order?

Yes, you can update or modify your order under these conditions:

  • Before Picking Process: Changes can be made until the picking process begins at our warehouse.

How to Amend Your Order:

  • Online: Click here to modify your order directly or use our live chat for assistance.
  • Delivery Changes: To upgrade your delivery or split your delivery, email us at enquiries@jpha.co.uk.

Note: Once the picking process has started, no further additions or changes can be made to your order.We recommend acting promptly if you need to make any modifications to your order.

Do you deliver on weekends?

For Saturday delivery, please place your orders by 1 PM on Friday. A delivery fee of £7.95 applies to all orders.
This service is not available for specific areas including the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and Northern Ireland. For these areas, orders must be placed before 1 PM on Thursday.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

Yes, you will receive timely notifications about your delivery:

  1. Order Collection Confirmation: After your order is collected from our warehouse, the courier will email you your delivery date.
  2. Delivery Day Notification: On the day of delivery, the courier will send you a text/email specifying your 1-hour delivery slot.
  3. Tracking for Real-Time Updates: We highly recommend using the tracking link provided in your dispatch email for the most up-to-date information from the courier.

These notifications ensure you're well-informed about your delivery schedule.

Can you leave my delivery with a neighbour if necessary?

Our policy requires us to deliver to the address specified in the order and obtain a signature from someone at this location. We are unable to leave deliveries with neighbours.
To avoid missed deliveries and potential re-delivery fees, we recommend ensuring someone is available at your delivery address to accept the order.

If I am not home when the delivery arrives, what happens?


If you're not available to receive your delivery, here’s what you can do:

  1. Calling Card: If the courier leaves a calling card, you can contact them directly to rearrange the delivery at a more convenient time.
  2. No Calling Card: If you don’t receive a calling card, please contact us at enquiries@jpha.co.uk. Our customer service team will assist you in re-booking your delivery.

We recommend arranging for someone to be available to accept delivery whenever possible.

How much does delivery cost?

Our delivery pricing is structured as follows:

  • Orders Over £100: We offer free next-day delivery for orders over £100 to UK mainland addresses. Please note that some exclusions may apply.
  • Orders Under £100: For orders less than £100, the delivery cost is £3.95.

This ensures a clear and transparent pricing structure for all your delivery needs.

After receiving the invoice via email, you have the option to save or print it for your records.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices include VAT. The price you see on our website is the final price, inclusive of VAT.

Why isn't my discount code working?
