Tasting Note by Indri: Nose: Gentle and mellow on the nose. Hints of black tea, caramelised pineapple with a whiff of oak comes forward, followed by vanilla and honey from the bourbon oak and traces of spiced tannins from the European oak, finally topped up with vinous raisin and sweet sherry notes.Palate: Elegant richness, smooth and warm on the sides of the mouth. Gentle spice and woody characteristics.Finish: A subtle and balanced finish, each flavour compliments the other without dominating each other. A smooth and long after taste with sweet fruity flavours coming up from the warmth of the throat, lingering long after.
This whisky, bottled at 46% ABV with a peat level of 20ppm, retains the signature fresh character of Arran 10 Year Old while introducing a subtle twist of peat smoke on the finish. Primarily matured in Bourbon casks, it offers a smoky profile of campfire embers and peat, balanced by notes of custard, key lime pie, rye bread, and a touch of minerality on the finish.

Springbank 10 Year Old Amontillado Cask Matured is a unique single malt matured for five years in Bourbon barrels, then five years in Amontillado sherry casks.
