The grapes earmarked for the sparkling rosé undergo a whole-bunch pressing and partial fermentation in the finest French oak barrels, followed by an ample period of lees-aging in the bottle for a minimum of 36 months. Just before release, a touch of Pinot Précoce is added, lending an appealing rose pink hue and infusing the wine with ripe red fruit characteristics, making it a delightful and well-rounded sparkling wine.
