I tried this whiskey a few months ago and decided I needed a bottle to keep for my collection. Worth every penny.
This is a bottle I constantly replace as soon as it gets low. It’s a wonderfully balanced, characterful blend with real depth—think honeyed fruit, vanilla, toasted nuts, and just the faintest whisper of smoke. Bottled at a generous 46.6% ABV, non-chill filtered, and natural colour, it outperforms most well-known blends at this price point by a mile. Perfect all-rounder!
Easily one of my favourite sherry-finished malts at the moment. The Pedro Ximénez finish adds incredible depth—think sticky dates, raisins, chocolate, and warm baking spices—without overpowering the light, creamy Glencadam base spirit. At 46% ABV and natural colour, it's rich, smooth, and dangerously easy to drink. Highly recommended if you enjoy a dessert-style dram!

It’s a belter of a bottle. What makes the Laphroaig 10 Year Old Sherry Oak Finish work so well is that it doesn't try to hide Laphroaig’s aggressive, medicinal character—it just gives it a rich, heavy coat armor.

Got this just in time for my son in laws birthday 2nd Oct he loves his Aston Martin he’s on his 3rd one so he will enjoy these bottles since I’ve enjoyed my first 4 bottles last month🥃🥃

I read somebody saying that instead of spending a small fortune on Macallan you’d be better with the Glencadam PX so I took a punt. By coincidence I’ve been working my way through a bottle of Macallan Colour Collection and to my untrained palate the Glencadam is giving me more pleasure atm. Like any PX expression I’m just loving the Sherry bomb!
