We pride ourselves on fast, reliable delivery and clear communication at every stage of your order. Every parcel is securely packed, fully insured and tracked from our warehouse to your door.
Delivery at a Glance
- FREE Next Working Day Delivery on orders over £100.
- £4.95 delivery fee for orders under £100.
- Order by 3 PM (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch and next working day delivery.
- Saturday Delivery £7.95 available when selected at checkout. Order by 3 PM Friday.
- Orders over £200 qualify for Free Next Working Day Delivery by 12 PM (Noon).
In the UK it is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under 18. We operate a Challenge 21 policy. ID may be requested on delivery if you appear under 21.
Next Working Day Delivery (Mainland UK)
- FREE on orders over £100. Otherwise £4.95.
- Order by 3 PM (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch and next working day delivery.
- Orders placed after 3 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Saturday Delivery
- £7.95 when selected at checkout.
- Mainland UK: order by 3 PM Friday.
- Remote Areas: order by 3 PM Thursday.
- Not available for the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Isle of Scilly.
Premium Delivery (Orders Over £200)
- Orders over £200 qualify for Free Next Working Day Delivery by 12 PM (Noon).
- Order by 3 PM (Mon–Fri) for same-day dispatch.
Delivery to Remote Areas
- Delivery to the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly usually takes two working days.
- Orders can be placed at any time and will arrive within this timeframe.
Pre Orders and Mixed Orders
- If your basket includes a pre order, the entire order ships together once the pre order is in stock.
- Your order will arrive by the pre order delivery date shown on the product page.

Change Your Delivery Date
- Use your courier tracking link or email enquiries@jpha.co.uk with your order number.
International Shipping
- We currently deliver within the UK only. For large or bespoke international enquiries, please email enquiries@jpha.co.uk.
Delivery Responsibilities and Investigations
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered fully and correctly at checkout. JPHA cannot be held responsible for any delay, failed delivery or loss caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Late Delivery Reports
Delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of the parcel’s recorded delivery date. Reports made after this period fall outside the courier investigation window. We will assist wherever possible in locating the parcel but cannot offer guarantees, and JPHA is unable to provide a replacement or refund in these circumstances. A discretionary goodwill contribution may be offered depending on the situation.
