To craft The Balvenie DoubleWood, David Stewart MBE begins with whisky aged for at least 12 years in traditional whisky containers, consisting of American Oak ex-bourbon barrels and hogsheads. Ledaig 10 is a meticulously crafted 10 year old single malt whisky known for its unique smoky profile, originating from Tobermory Distillery. Glendalough's Pot Still whiskey undergoes a remarkable finishing period of up to a year in the exceptionally rare virgin Irish oak casks. This represents a significant achievement in the world of Irish whiskey, offering a single cask, widely accessible expression that brings forth the distinctive flavors of Irish oak. Each bottle is meticulously numbered and can be traced back not only to its specific cask but even to the tree from which the oak was sourced.

The journey of Quercus Alba Distinction begins in the oak forests of North America, with the wood then transported to Spain. Here, in the renowned 'sherry triangle,' the casks are meticulously crafted over six years.
The staves are air-dried under the Mediterranean sun before being expertly assembled and toasted by skilled coopers. The casks are then seasoned with Oloroso sherry before making their way to Tamdhu.
