Teeling's Wonders of Wood Third Edition offers a distinctive take on Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey. Crafted from a blend of 50% malted and 50% unmalted barley and triple distilled at their Dublin distillery, it’s fully matured in rare Virgin Swedish Oak casks. This unique maturation imparts a rich character with notes of candied ginger and almond treacle. Part of an innovative series dedicated to exploring unique wood maturation styles, each release contributes to reforestation efforts in Ireland, making it both a flavourful and environmentally mindful creation.

Tasting Note by Teeling:
Nose: Light floral notes with citrus fruits, hints of caramel and cooked barley.
Palate: Rich and full flavoured with herbs, candied ginger, almond and treacle.
Finish: Dry finish with light black pepper spice and nutmeg.
