Produced at the Hakushu Distillery, located in the forests of Mt. Kaikomagatake, this single malt is crafted using pure mountain water filtered through ancient granite and matured for at least 12 years in a variety of cask types. Created to mark Suntory’s centenary, the 100th Anniversary Limited Edition features a special label depicting the distillery surrounded by the verdant landscape that defines it.
Peat is used in the production process, balanced by the soft character of the local water. Recognised with a Gold Medal at the 2024 International Spirits Competition, this edition reflects both the natural environment of Hakushu and Suntory’s long-standing approach to Japanese whisky making.

A limited annual release from Bowmore, matured for three decades in a combination of Sherry hogsheads and Bourbon barrels. Distilled and aged on Islay, the whisky reflects Bowmore’s coastal setting and longstanding tradition of producing complex, peated single malts.
This edition continues the distillery’s theme of drawing inspiration from the natural surroundings of Islay—driftwood, sea glass, and the ever-present influence of the sea. Bottled at cask strength and non-chill filtered, the 2022 release is part of an ongoing 30 year old series, with each expression released in small quantities.

Distilled in 2004 and bottled at a robust 50% ABV, The Bruichladdich Eighteen is a beautifully expressive, unpeated single malt that exemplifies the distillery’s signature house style. Matured exclusively on Islay, it draws its character primarily from ex-Bourbon casks, with a small selection of Sauternes and Port casks adding depth and complexity.
This single vintage expression is crafted from a combination of Scottish Mainland, Islay, and Organic barley, with full traceability from farm to bottle—reflecting the distillery’s commitment to provenance and sustainability.
Tasting Note by Bruichladich: Nose: Beautifully fragrant with ripe peach and honeysuckle, hints of violet and lavender come through on the nose – balanced with vanilla and creamed coconut from the toasted American oak. A medley of tropical fruit comes to the fore, with melon, peaches, apricots, and vibrant citrus, while the influence of the oak brings honey, caramel vanilla custard and rich crème brûlée.Palate: Luxurious and viscous, honey, butterscotch and fresh fruits coat the palate, followed by cereal notes of sweet, syrup soaked porridge, barley sugar and toasted oak. Vibrant tropical fruit and the subtle presence of toasted oak with a hint of leather follow, with honeycomb adding to the smooth, sweet character.Finish: The quintessential character of Bruichladdich single malt comes through on the finish. The 18 Year Old has the classic minerality for which Bruichladdich is renowned, perfectly balanced with oak, stoned fruit and a delicate floral bouquet.
Project 04 // Inverarity Morton is a limited-edition blended Scotch whisky created in collaboration with Inverarity Morton—a family-run business supporting the whisky trade since 1945. With a focus on bold character and versatility, this malt-forward blend was designed to surprise and delight, whether served neat or in mixed drinks.
Blended in February 2024 and bottled at 49.1% ABV, only 470 bottles were produced. The whisky features an extended finishing period in a yet-to-be-specified cask, chosen to add a final flourish in honour of Inverarity Morton’s ‘extra mile’ ethos.
