Distilled and matured at the Glenfiddich Distillery in Dufftown, Speyside, this 23 Year Old forms part of the distillery's prestigious Grand Series, a collection that represents the upper tier of the Glenfiddich range. Founded in 1887 by William Grant and still family owned today, Glenfiddich brings over a century of Speyside craft to each expression in the series. The Grand Cru is among the most refined of these, combining an extended maturation with a finishing cask of considerable distinction.
Twenty-three years of maturation in American and European oak casks establishes a deep and well-integrated character before the whisky is transferred to rare French cuvée casks for its finishing period. These casks, associated with some of the finest sparkling wine production in France, introduce a delicate brightness and an elegant structural lift that sets this expression apart from more conventional Speyside releases. Founded in 1892 by William Grant in Dufftown, Speyside, The Balvenie has long been defined by its commitment to traditional craftsmanship and the mastery of wood. The distillery maintains its own floor maltings, cooperage and coppersmith team, and its succession of Malt Masters has built a body of work that places cask management at the very centre of the whisky making process. It was Honorary Ambassador and former Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE who first developed the technique of wood finishing in 1982, a practice now widely used across the industry but originating here on the Balvenie Estate.
First released in 1996 and considered by many to be David C. Stewart's finest creation, the PortWood 21 Year Old brings together a marriage of rare Balvenie whiskies that have been matured for over two decades in traditional American oak whisky casks before being transferred to port pipes, the large casks used to age fine port wines. The port cask finishing stage is sampled regularly by the Malt Master to ensure the right degree of character is imparted, enhancing and developing the spirit whilst preserving the depth and complexity built over twenty-one years. The result is a single malt of genuine refinement, recognised by an array of industry awards since its launch. An outstanding collector's expression and a gift of real distinction for a milestone occasion.

Part of Aberfeldy's Exceptional Cask Series, this 22 Year Old White Port Cask Finish is a double cask limited edition personally selected by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod from the distillery's maturing stock. Filled in November 2001 and transferred to White Port casks in July 2022, it represents one of just 276 bottles — a genuinely rare opportunity to experience Aberfeldy's celebrated honeyed Highland character in a form that will not be repeated.
Aberfeldy Distillery was established in 1898 in Perthshire, drawing process water from the Pitilie Burn, a source long associated with alluvial gold deposits and renowned for its purity. Distilled in alembic copper pot stills crafted by Forsyths, the distillery produces a fruity, richly honeyed style that has long defined its reputation as the Golden Dram. Here, that character has spent the majority of its life in refill hogsheads and refill barrels before finishing in White Port casks, which have lent a bright stone fruit lift and delicate floral freshness to the whisky's deep, honeyed foundation. Bottled at natural cask strength of 51.7% without chill-filtration, this is a collector's release of considerable distinction.

Distilled in 1999, this whisky was sequentially matured in three types of sherry casks—Amontillado on 4 November 2009, Oloroso on 20 June 2011, and Manzanilla on 12 September 2016. The result is a splendid burst of sherry character, enriched with notes of creamy fudge, vanilla pods, and a hint of tobacco. This distinctive dram is exceptionally rare, with only 4,002 individually numbered bottles available worldwide. It combines the finest sherry finishes synonymous with Bunnahabhain—Amontillado, Manzanilla, and Oloroso—and is presented at cask strength with an ABV of 53.3%. The Macallan Diamonds Are Forever 55th Anniversary Release marks a return to one of whisky's most celebrated cultural partnerships, reuniting The Macallan with James Bond to commemorate 55 years since the premiere of Diamonds Are Forever. The whisky was crafted by Whisky Maker Russell Greig, an avid Bond devotee who has translated the film's narrative arc directly into the cask selection, drawing on the film's locations, characters and pivotal scenes as the creative framework for this limited edition release.
The cask composition reflects the film's storyline with deliberate precision. American white oak casks represent the Las Vegas and coastal California settings that dominate the picture, while sherry seasoned oak casks pay homage to Bond's connoisseurship of Solera sherry, a moment that surfaces early in the film. A selection of red wine seasoned casks acknowledges a later scene in which Bond's forensic knowledge of wine proves critical to the plot. The cask selection is completed with bespoke hybrid sherry seasoned oak casks, custom crafted from both European and American oak staves within a single cask, an expression of the innovative spirit shared by both Bond and The Macallan. Natural colour and non-chill filtration preserve the whisky's full integrity, and the presentation packaging draws on the film's original creative archive, offering a behind the scenes glimpse into its visual development. This is an unequivocally collection-worthy release.
