The blend is composed of Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Cinsault (15%) and Tibouren (5%). Grenache provides backbone and ripe fruit, Syrah adds colour and spice, Cinsault contributes delicacy, while Tibouren lends structure and a touch of Provençal character.

A Tale of Spices is inspired by the colours and flavours of Moroccan spice markets. Dr Bill Lumsden crafted this limited edition using a unique combination of four cask types: Moroccan red wine, new charred oak, Pedro Ximénez sherry and shaved toasted red wine casks. These casks create layers of bold spice balanced with sweetness, transporting the drinker to a bustling spice market. It is non-chill filtered and bottled at 46% ABV. This release was awarded Gold at the International Spirits Challenge 2025.
Tasting Notes by Glenmorangie:Nose: Spicy, sweet and perfumed with notes of rose, carnation, jasmine and lilac, along with cumin, saffron, nutmeg, ginger, chilli, anise, oak and chestnut. A little water brings out delicate fruits, menthol and bread dough.Palate: Bursting with sizzling spices such as ginger, black pepper and mustard seed, balanced by sweetness of mint toffee, demerara sugar and sugar-coated almonds. Tasting Note by Benoït Gouez:Nose: Initial notes of breadcrumbs, fresh brioche and almond paste give way to elderflower and jasmine, then to white peach and watermelon, finishing with notes of garrigue at dawn.Palate: A direct and enveloping palate with floral, aniseed and mentholated nuances bringing lightness and freshness. The finish lingers on a delicate bitterness evoking fresh almonds.
A classic Provence Rosé. Crafted from Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino) grapes, Whispering Angel boasts a full and delicate flavour profile whilst remaining bone dry with a smooth finish. Produced from a blend of premium free-run and press juices, it is meticulously fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring a refined and high-quality wine.
Tasting Note by Château d’Esclans: Nose: A beautifully pale pink, which is pleasing to the eye and draws one in.Palate: Whispering Angel rosé has a Fresh red berry fruit characteristics with floral notes. Ripe and fleshy feel on the palate.Finish: This popular rosé wine has great concentration, a smooth and round finish and no astringent aftertaste.
Distilled from 100% Islay Concerto barley grown on Octomore Farm, peated to 189.5 PPM. Matured for five years in a combination of Bourbon, Sauternes and Pedro Ximénez casks, 16.3 showcases single-estate provenance, high smoke levels and layered maturation. Notes of honeyed malt, toasted grain, earthiness, smoke and salinity reveal themselves slowly, creating a contemplative, archetypal Octomore expression.
Tasting Notes by Bruichladdich:Nose: Heather, bonfire smoke, barley sugar, baked bread, lemon zest, green apple peel, florals, restrained smoke.Palate: Honeyed malt, toasted grain, earthiness, orchard fruits, citrus, vanilla, smoke, salinity, heather and gorse.Finish: Medium-length with sweet barley, floral notes, gentle beach bonfire smoke, citrus and minerality.
Using the same Scottish mainland Concerto barley (101.4 PPM) as 16.1, Octomore 16.2 is matured in a complex mix of Oloroso and Bordeaux casks, then finished in Madeira and Moscatel. Inspired by the tradition of tasting straight from the cask in the distillery’s coastal warehouses, this annual limited-edition release presents Bunnahabhain in its purest form. Matured for 12 years on the north-eastern shores of Islay, the whisky is unpeated and shaped by the maritime climate, clear spring water, and a careful selection of Oloroso sherry casks.
For 2025, Master Blender Julieann Fernandez has chosen a combination of predominantly second-fill Oloroso casks, balanced by first-fill and refill, creating a nuanced, distillate-led profile. This edition places emphasis on balance and layered complexity, with subtle sherry influence complementing rather than dominating the robust Islay spirit.
