The wine pays tribute to the sea that influences the vineyard and to Etienne Matton, who in the 1970s began cloning Minuty’s exclusive Grenache vines that today form the backbone of this cuvée.
The 2024 vintage comes from a selection of the estate’s finest plots on schist, clay, and sand terroirs. Grapes are hand-picked, with only free-run juice used. Vinification is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve purity. The result is a rosé with precision, elegance, and striking length, crafted for gastronomy and fine dining.

Château d’Esclans Rosé 2022 is the estate wine of Caves d’Esclans, produced entirely from grapes grown on the property. Crafted from Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino), it is vinified through a combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation, bringing together freshness and complexity. Harvesting takes place in the cool of the morning to preserve fruit quality, with Optical Eye Sorting ensuring only the best grapes are selected.
The winemaking process includes soft crushing, immediate cooling to retain vivacity, and closed circuit pressing to reduce oxidation. Free run juice is then divided between 600-litre temperature-controlled oak demi-muids and stainless steel tanks. Battonage is carried out twice weekly over eight months before bottling, resulting in a rosé that is smooth and creamy in texture, rich on the palate, and long in finish.

The blend is composed of Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Cinsault (15%) and Tibouren (5%). Grenache provides backbone and ripe fruit, Syrah adds colour and spice, Cinsault contributes delicacy, while Tibouren lends structure and a touch of Provençal character.

Legent is the result of a collaboration between Fred Noe, seventh-generation Master Distiller of Jim Beam, and Suntory’s fifth-ever Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo. Crafted from premium grains and Kentucky limestone water, the whiskey begins as Kentucky Straight Bourbon before portions are matured in red wine and sherry casks. Fukuyo then blends these secondary-finished bourbons with classic Kentucky bourbon, merging two traditions into one expression.
This innovative process results in a whiskey that balances the rich sweetness of bourbon with layered notes influenced by wine and sherry oak, creating a refined spirit with remarkable depth.

As part of the Mizunara Series, this expression represents a core extension of the Yamazaki brand, highlighting the artistry and rarity of Japanese Mizunara oak. Known for its distinctive aroma and flavour, Mizunara has been integral to Yamazaki since the 1940s, when scarcity of American oak after the war led to its adoption. The wood is notoriously difficult to work with, requiring trees over 200 years old and more than 70 cm in diameter to yield usable casks, making each release a rare achievement.
Matured exclusively in Mizunara oak for 18 years, this whisky captures the complexity and depth associated with Japan’s most elusive cask type. The Mizunara oak imparts notes of sandalwood, agarwood, and oriental spice, complementing Yamazaki’s refined character.

This release is the fifth and final expression in Tobermory’s acclaimed Hebridean Series. Inspired by Mull’s enduring connection to the seafaring community, it embodies both the spirit of the island and the distillery’s heritage.
The whisky began its journey in ex-Bourbon casks, originally part of the Tobermory 15 Year Old release, before spending an additional 12 years in González Byass Oloroso Sherry casks. This extended maturation has created a whisky of remarkable depth, combining the distillery’s fruity Highland style with the richness of Spanish oak.
The result is an indulgent single malt with Tobermory’s signature notes of pineapple and silky toffee caramel, elevated by the decadence of zesty marmalade and warming cinnamon spice.Tasting Notes by Tobermory:Nose: An aroma rich with the scent of cinnamon pastries and dark black fruits. Part of Aberfeldy’s Exceptional Cask Series, this limited-edition release was selected by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod. Distilled in 2002, the whisky spent the majority of its maturation in refill and rechar hogsheads before being transferred in 2019 to Pauillac red wine casks from Bordeaux, a region celebrated for wines of both elegance and power. Home to iconic estates such as Château Mouton-Rothschild, Château Latour, and Château Lafite-Rothschild, Pauillac is known for wines with cassis, blackberry, tobacco, spice, and cedar notes.
The whisky was bottled in 2023, yielding just 282 bottles. The Pauillac cask influence enriches Aberfeldy’s trademark honeyed Highland character with layers of ripe fruit and vinous depth, creating a balance between sweetness and dark berry richness.
