The Double Cask 15 Year Old brings together sherry seasoned American oak and sherry seasoned European oak, matured for a minimum of fifteen years on The Macallan Estate. The American oak contributes its characteristic vanilla sweetness and lighter fruit notes, whilst the European oak adds the richer dried fruit complexity and soft spice more familiar from the classic Sherry Oak style.
