Bottled at a 46.3% ABV, the Tobermory 12 Year Old is featured as the signature expression in the Tobermory core range without any added colour and without chill-filtering. Exhibiting a natural hue and not subjected to chill filtering, the Tobermory 12-year whisky offers a lively array of fruit and spice flavors, complemented by a gentle saltiness that mirrors the waters of our harbor.

In Tobermory's third release within The Hebridean Series, Bottled at 48.1% ABV, this expression offers a lighter, more complex, and open interpretation of Tobermory compared to the 24-year-old. It continues to feature delightful red and stone fruit flavors, but it has shifted away from intense, jammy notes toward a lighter, zestier, and fruitier character. Staying true to their commitment, this 25 Year Old unpeated whisky is bottled with its natural color and remains non-chillfiltered.
Originally the beloved Tobermory 15 Year Old, it was left to mature in Oloroso casks for an additional 8 years, resulting in this exceptional expression. Like all of Tobermory's single malts, it's non-chill filtered and retains its natural color. This marks the first of five annual whiskies in The Hebridean Series, a collection of limited edition unpeated Tobermory whiskies.
Tasting Note by Tobermory:Nose: Vanilla, ripe oranges, toasted barley and rich fruitcake, with a hint of cocoa.Palate: Obvious sherry influence, salted toffee, vanilla fudge and spicy oak, with candied citrus and floral honey.Finish: Caramelized walnuts with a subtle salty undercurrent.
In Tobermory's second release within The Hebridean Series, the bottling strength has been raised to 52.5% ABV to emphasise the influence of the Oloroso sherry casks during maturation. This increased strength amplifies the spirit, resulting in a bolder, spicier character compared to the 23 Year Old Release. Like all of Tobermory's whiskies, this 24 Year Old unpeated Tobermory expression is bottled with its natural color and remains non-chillfiltered.

This 21-year-old edition is distilled and initially aged in whisky refill casks on December 16, 1999, after which it was carefully transferred into Oloroso sherry casks on February 26, 2015. The outcome is a delightfully sweet and lively dram. Staying true to Tobermory's commitment to quality, like all their whiskies, this one is non-chill filtered and boasts its natural colour, maintaining an ABV of 46.3%.

This release is the fifth and final expression in Tobermory’s acclaimed Hebridean Series. Inspired by Mull’s enduring connection to the seafaring community, it embodies both the spirit of the island and the distillery’s heritage.
The whisky began its journey in ex-Bourbon casks, originally part of the Tobermory 15 Year Old release, before spending an additional 12 years in González Byass Oloroso Sherry casks. This extended maturation has created a whisky of remarkable depth, combining the distillery’s fruity Highland style with the richness of Spanish oak.
The result is an indulgent single malt with Tobermory’s signature notes of pineapple and silky toffee caramel, elevated by the decadence of zesty marmalade and warming cinnamon spice.Tasting Notes by Tobermory:Nose: An aroma rich with the scent of cinnamon pastries and dark black fruits. Sweet apricot and dried figs are joined by the earthy notes of toasted oak, all rounded off with a bright twist of orange zest.Palate: A thick layer of marmalade spreads across the palate, complemented by warming cinnamon spice.
