Christmas & New Year Delivery Information 2025

We want to make sure your order arrives in time during the festive period. Please review the information below carefully when placing an order around Christmas and New Year.

All orders are securely packed, fully insured, and fully tracked from our warehouse to your door.

🎄 Last Order Date for Christmas Delivery

For DPD Next Working Day delivery, please place your order by:

🕒 3 PM on Monday 22nd December 2025

Orders placed by this time will be dispatched the same working day and are expected to arrive before Christmas, subject to courier conditions. Orders placed after this cut off cannot be guaranteed for pre Christmas delivery.

🚫 Christmas & New Year Closures

Please note the following dates when we will not be dispatching orders and deliveries will not take place:

25th December
26th December
1st January

Orders placed during these dates will be processed and dispatched on the next available working day once service resumes.

🚚 Delivery Services During the Festive Period

Next Working Day Delivery (Mainland UK)

FREE on orders over £100, otherwise £4.95
Order by 3 PM Monday to Friday for same day dispatch
Orders placed after 3 PM or over the weekend are dispatched the next working day

Premium Next Working Day Delivery (Orders Over £200)

FREE delivery by 12 PM (Noon)
Order by 3 PM Monday to Friday for same day dispatch
Available on eligible mainland UK postcodes only

Saturday Delivery

£7.95 when selected at checkout
Mainland UK orders must be placed by 3 PM Friday
Saturday delivery availability is limited during the festive period and cannot be guaranteed close to Christmas

📍 Remote Area Deliveries

Delivery to the Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly usually takes two working days.

If your delivery address falls within these areas, we strongly recommend ordering earlier than the Christmas cut off.

📦 Pre Orders & Mixed Orders

If your order includes a pre order item, the entire order will be dispatched together once the pre order is in stock.

The estimated delivery date will be shown on the product page. If you would like in stock items sooner, please place a separate order or contact enquiries@jpha.co.uk.
