Description

Brimstone, a unique whisky, is smoked using sun-baked Texas scrub oak through a proprietary process. This technique produces a whisky that combines fresh, youthful corn and subtle fruit notes with a distinctive smokiness.

Tasting Note by Balcones:
Nose: Confectioners' sugar, cold-smoked butter, corn husk, BBQ pit, stone fruit, chili peppers and graham crackers.
Palate: Candied oak smoke, English pipe tobacco, butter, orange marmalade, fruit cocktail, sweet tea, chili peppers.
Finish: Long dry finish, herbal/mint ends in a mineralness as smoke returns.
