The Dalmore 12 Year Old Sherry Cask Select is an elegant Highland Single Malt, meticulously finished in three styles of aged Oloroso Sherry casks, creating a harmonious blend of nutty flavors and the sweetness of Pedro Ximénez Sherry. Guided by the Master Distiller, the spirit initially matures in American white oak ex-Bourbon casks, defining the house style with notes of chocolate, orange, and spice. Subsequently, it undergoes a full finish in casks specifically crafted for The Dalmore, containing a unique blend of classic and aged Oloroso with rich and sweet Pedro Ximenez Sherry, resulting in a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, brimming with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

Tasting Note by Dalmore:
Nose: Caramelised orange, ginger and sultanas, laced with honey.
Palate: Dark chocolate and crushed almonds with a dusting of cinnamon.
Finish: Sweet mangos, panna cotta and lemon sponge cake.
