The Dalmore's iconic flagship and the crowning jewel of the Principal Collection, our limited annual release, The Dalmore 21, culminates in the exquisite finishing of 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry casks. This exceptional whisky matures harmoniously in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and first-fill Sherry casks, previously cradling the illustrious 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry casks, carefully chosen exclusively for The Dalmore, hail from the world-renowned González Byass bodega, crafting an extraordinary whisky brimming with character and distinction.

Tasting Note by Dalmore:
Nose: Seville oranges, bitter chocolate, Columbian coffee and vanilla.
Palate: Sweet liquorice stick, Black Forest fruits, roasted walnuts and thick marzipan.
Finish: Peaches, ginseng, pear tarte tatin and Sanguinello blood oranges.
