The Dalmore 15 Year Old is a full-bodied Highland whisky, matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels and finished with hand-selected Matusalem sherry casks and Graham’s 10 year old Tawny Port pipes. This expression offers a rich and fruity character, featuring notes of figs, cherries, and fresh citrus, complemented by hints of chestnuts and ginger cake. Its complexity showcases the traditional craftsmanship of Dalmore.
Tasting Note by Dalmore:
Nose: Whispers of Manuka honey, dark plum and cracked black pepper, and hints of clove.
Palate: Morello cherries and dates, elevated with notes of candied Seville orange, fresh figs and light cacao.
Finish: Rich plum complemented by moist ginger cake, roast chestnut, and soft wood spice.
