The 2015 growing season began with a cool spring followed by an extended period of hot, dry weather, producing perfectly healthy, concentrated grapes by the time of harvest in early September. The result is a champagne of remarkable aromatic richness, capturing both the tension and harmony of the vintage.

      At once powerful and refined, Dom Pérignon 2015 opens dark and enigmatic before revealing its luminous structure. Its horizontal, linear palate unfolds with clarity and precision, embodying the tactile signature that defines Dom Pérignon’s style.

      Tasting Notes by Dom Pérignon:
      Nose: Intense roasted and cocoa notes complemented by floral aromas of lime blossom, jasmine and peony. Hints of aniseed and cardamom elevate the bouquet, while subtle tones of orange and green papaya add freshness.
      Palate: A seamless balance of peach, nectarine, citrus and gentian, offering depth, breadth and delicacy. The texture is rich and expansive, with flavours that unfold cleanly and precisely across the palate.
      Finish: Long, harmonious and structured, leaving a lasting impression of finesse and presence.
