This limited edition expression hails from the Blair Athol distillery in the Highland region. Distilled in 2011, it has undergone a meticulous maturation process for 10 years within a Refill Hogshead cask, numbered DL15574. With an ABV of 46% and a volume of 70cl, this whisky offers a unique tasting experience. Only 312 bottles of this exclusive release were produced.
Tasting Note by Douglas Laing & Co:
Nose: Detect sweet Scottish honey, orchard fruits and a hint of lemon.
Palate: Mouth-coating with grapefruit, pepper, and abundant sweet spices.
