Master Distiller Billy Walker meticulously refines every small batch, continually striving to surpass previous achievements. This whisky undergoes maturation in a selection of Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, red wine, and virgin oak casks, resulting in a deep chestnut hue, a lively nose, and a robust palate.

Nose: Hints of dark chocolate, treacle and heather honey, with cinnamon, espresso and sticky raisins in the background.
Palate: Dark chocolate, toasted honeycomb and molasses, followed by ripe plums, hazelnuts, ginger and red berries.
