Crafted from a blend of five sherry puncheons and hogsheads, Master Distiller Billy Walker meticulously refined every drop of whisky in premium Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks sourced from Spain. This unique expression is defined by its rich flavours of fruitcake, warm mocha, and ripe cherries.

Nose: Brandied honeycomb, molasses tart and spiced blood orange, with bursts of cocoa, black winter truffle and caramelised brown sugar.
Palate: Rich chocolate, warm baking spices and clementine zest, followed by molasses, orchard fruits and crystalised ginger, with black cherries and raisin butter on the finish.
