This represents a significant achievement in the world of Irish whiskey, offering a single cask, widely accessible expression that brings forth the distinctive flavors of Irish oak. Each bottle is meticulously numbered and can be traced back not only to its specific cask but even to the tree from which the oak was sourced.

Tasting Note by Glendalough:
Nose: Rich with dark fruit, cherry, raisin, fig and Christmas pudding. Floral notes with lemongrass, citrus and a touch of nutmeg.
Palate: Sweet and smooth, with butterscotch, honey and peppercorn, dried fruit, maraschino cherries and brown sugar.
Finish: Ginger spices a touch of almond and earthiness.
