Celebrating The GlenDronach's historic methods, Master Blender Dr. Rachel Barrie has reintroduced traditional peat-infusion techniques from founder James Allardice's time. The GlenDronach Traditionally Peated, with its authentic Highland spirit, has been aged in select Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso sherry, and Port casks.
Tasting Note by GlenDronach:
Nose: Highland toffee and treacle meld with dark honey and coal smoked barley.
Palate: Sip burnt orange and treacle on a base of cloves and smoked bramble.
Finish: Savour liquorice and dark fruit into the lingering rich, earthy finish.
