Description

Perspective No. 01 from Jura is a 16 year old whisky that pays homage to the distillery's classic Diurach’s Own while introducing a modern twist. This first release is non-chill filtered, with natural colour and bottled at a higher ABV, reflecting Jura’s commitment to quality. Initially matured in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels, it is then part-finished in select aged oloroso sherry casks, enhancing its fruity and aromatic character.

Tasting Note by Jura:
Nose: Stone fruit, dried citrus and toasted walnut, interwoven with salted toffee and delicate coastal notes.
Palate: White peach, wildflower honey and citrus oil, with hints of cassia and cacao nib. Toasted walnut and salted toffee return for a long, warming finish.
