With a robust 57.5% ABV, this whisky delivers a rich tapestry of flavors, including prominent sherry and smoky notes. It achieved its distinctive character after eight years of maturation in a sherry cask, resulting in a delightful combination of dried fruits, spicy cake, and a peaty core.

Tasting Note by Kilkerran:
Nose: Roasted nuts, honeyed ham, and prunes sprinkled with cinnamon.
Palate: There is an initial chocolate flavour, followed by red chilli flakes, ginger, oatcake, and peppercorns.
Finish: Dried fruit is still present, along with a nutmeg prick.
