The seventh release of Kilkerran Heavily Peated offers a smoky and maritime character with a hint of fruitiness. Its aromatic profile includes notes of vanilla cheesecake, rhubarb and custard sweets, and a prominent peat smoke element on the nose. The palate features flavors reminiscent of Bramley apple pie, salted caramel, rich peat, and the essence of windswept beaches.

Nose: The initial impression on the nose is reminiscent of the earthiness found in a forest, accompanied by the presence of raspberries, hints of oak char, delicate shortbread, and subtle notes of bonfire ash.
Palate: The palate offers a generous burst of citrus and orchard fruit flavors, complemented by the delightful combination of honey-roasted nuts and the familiar taste of Caramel Digestives.
Finish: The finish is characterized by the lingering essence of green apple, moist oak, a touch of salted pretzel, and the zestiness of lemon peel.
