Since the transition in 2019, all peated whisky endeavors on the island are spearheaded by the affiliated Lagg distillery. This offers enthusiasts a rare chance to savor the original peated whisky essence of Arran, crafted in Lochranza, before it fades into cherished memory.

Tasting Note by Arran:
Nose: Citrus notes with a background of peat and a puff of smoke immediately apparent.
Palate: A robust dram with the typical orchard fruits of Arran coming to the fore over a layer of toasted brioche and red berries.
Finish: Citrus, Smoke, Chocolate, Vanilla, Coconut.
