MacPhail's 30 Year Old

Gordon & MacPhail MacPhail's 30 Year Old is a single malt Scotch whisky matured for three decades in oak casks produced to the independent bottler's specifications. Part of the MacPhail's Range, this expression reflects Gordon & MacPhail's approach to long-term whisky maturation and cask selection.

For more than 125 years, Gordon & MacPhail has worked with Scottish distilleries to mature and bottle single malt Scotch whisky. The MacPhail's Range continues this tradition, with the identity of the originating distillery remaining undisclosed. This allows the focus to remain on the whisky's maturation and the character developed through extended ageing.

The casks were produced to Gordon & MacPhail's exact specifications, contributing to the whisky's development over 30 years. The resulting expression displays sweet sherry influences alongside roasted nuts, chocolate and dried fruit characteristics. These flavours are complemented by subtle oak and spice notes, reflecting the interaction between the spirit and wood throughout its maturation.
