Tasting Note by Tsunuki:
Pepper, cinnamon and liquorice on the nose, with a touch of oiliness and oak cake. Very busy on the palate, with candied lemon, iris, bacon fat, gooseberry and vanilla pod. Some fresh herbs on the finish with sage, verbena and soft peat smoke.
