This Israeli single malt from the Milk & Honey distillery is a truly unique creation. Distilled in Tel Aviv and aged at the lowest place on Earth, the Dead Sea, which sits at an astounding 423 meters below sea level, this whisky has undergone a remarkable maturation process. Exposed to extreme temperatures, sometimes reaching as high as 50°C, the whisky has matured at an accelerated rate, resulting in a distinctive flavor profile. Aromas of French vanilla, mocha, cigar box, spearmint, and oak greet the nose, while the palate offers a rich tapestry of flavors, including black tea leaves, warm spices, cinnamon, coriander seeds, dark cocoa, and white pepper. The finish lingers with hints of garden herbs and sea salt, creating a truly memorable whisky experience.
