The robust and spicy single malt from the Israeli distillery Milk & Honey is a testament to their craftsmanship. This whisky has been matured using a combination of bourbon casks, virgin oak casks, and shaved, toasted, and recharred casks, resulting in a complex and flavorful profile. On the nose, it reveals inviting aromas of red apples, peach, nectarine, complemented by oak spice, beeswax, and honey. The palate offers a rich tapestry of flavors, including nutmeg, oak, cloves, honeyed orange peel, and apple, with a satisfying and lingering finish. This expression showcases the distillery's commitment to producing distinctive and memorable whiskies.

Tasting Note by Milk & Honey:
Nose: Waxy honey, flowery oak, well-baked flapjack, dried fruit, and ripe peaches.
Palate: Lemon curd and sweet porridge are followed by the sweetness of vanilla and honey, with a touch of bitter chocolate providing balance.
Finish: Peppery oak remains, coupled with barrel char, more honey, and a balance of bitter black chocolate.
