These whiskies are predominantly matured in high-quality ex-bourbon oak casks, with a significant portion being first-fill casks. This meticulous aging process results in a whisky that is as soft and smooth as the nose of a pig.

Nose: Golden sandy highlights. Clear and bright.
Palate: Firm and rich with orange peel, toffee and luscious, creamy round tones.
