This meticulous aging process results in a whisky that is as soft and smooth as the nose of a pig.

Palate: Firm and rich with orange peel, toffee and luscious, creamy round tones.

I'd never given a pig's nose much thought before

I'd never given a pig's nose much thought before, but if it's anything like the whisky I shall give one a stroke (if I can do so safely!). The whisky is as it claims soft and smooth: drinkable, enjoyable. it is not a peaty sort-the-men-from-the-boys sort of hardcore tipple, and for my tastes all the better for it. I will definitely be buying another bottle or two.
