Description
The Pol Roger Rosé Vintage draws its foundation from their Brut Vintage, which consists of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Prior to bottling and its second fermentation, about 15% of still red wine (Pinot Noir) from the prime crus of the Montagne de Reims is added. Available only in restricted amounts, the Brut Rosé Vintage 2015 undergoes aging in their cellars before its introduction to the market.
