It matures in a mix of American Oak barrels seasoned with Bourbon and Spanish oak butts seasoned with Oloroso Sherry, resulting in the signature Redbreast sherry profile that is admired in each bottle. The Cask Strength variant offers a view into the unadulterated, robust flavor of Redbreast 12.

Tasting Note by Redbreast:
Nose: There is a hint of sherry, along with dried stone fruits, oaky spice, and candied orange peel.
Palate: Fruitcake, a spiced apple compote, and toasty vanilla marshmallows are all flavours
Finish: Baking flavours linger as warm oak intensifies.
