Rosebank 30 Year Old represents a carefully chosen vintage, distilled in 1990, just before the unfortunate closure of the distillery in 1993. These limited-edition bottles are labeled Release One, symbolising a fresh start for Rosebank's legacy. With only 4,350 bottles offered globally, this rare whisky signifies a significant milestone in our journey. Each year, a new limited-edition release will follow, gradually building up to our very first "new" Rosebank spirit. This exceptional whisky is a blend of 62% refill sherry butts and 38% refill bourbon hogsheads, showcasing a unique and well-balanced character that reflects the legacy of Rosebank.

Nose: Soft and creamy on the nose, with layers of caramel wafer, vanilla and nutmeg.
Palate: Delicate and crisp on the palate with a wonderful balance of gentle syrup, pear and pleasing oak spice.
Finish: A lingering finish of candid violets, orange and faint mint.
