This 2025 release is matured entirely in bourbon casks, highlighting Springbank’s lightly peated style and robust distillation character. Despite its age, it shows a balance of coastal freshness, subtle smoke, and developing sweetness that reflects the distillery’s traditional methods of floor malting, kiln drying, and partial triple distillation.

Tasting Notes by Springbank:
Nose: Bright and vibrant with notes of green apples, gorse bush, wine gums and a mineral edge.
Palate: Well balanced with a touch of peat smoke, sweet icing sugar and white chocolate. Developing flavours of tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil.
Finish: Honey and gooseberries linger on a long, fresh finish.
