Teeling's Rising Reserve Series 3 is a limited edition 21 Year Old Single Malt Irish Whiskey. The third release in this super-premium series, it was aged for over 18 years in ex-Bourbon casks before finishing for 3 years in Ruby Port casks. This dual maturation brings forward notes of dark fruit, milk chocolate, orchard fruit, brown sugar, and a touch of oak spice. Bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration and limited to 6,000 bottles, it reflects Teeling's commitment to innovation while honouring Irish whiskey traditions.

Tasting Note by Teeling:
Nose: Soft mellow sweetness with bursts of caramel, red fruits and a hint of sandalwood.
Palate: Brown sugar, chocolate, trifle, christmas cake, cherry, plum, and nectar.
Finish: Long luxurious finish with hints of golden syrup, soft tannins, cooked barley and oak spice.
