Instead, it offers a restrained hint of robust oak that complements the rich vanilla and nutty barley notes, creating a well-rounded and flavorful whisky.
Tasting Note by The English:
Nose: Toasted vanilla pod, coconut ice, ginger, and a trace of caraway.
Palate: Full-bodied barley and almond liqueur flavours, with a rising nutmeg warmth. More vanilla, this time with some chocolate coffee undertones emerging.
Finish: Honey on toast, delicate citrus, and a peppery finish.
