Combining some of the best characteristics of previous editions, the Galaxia boasts the aromatic spices as seen in the Infinity and Odyssey, the stewed fruits of Revelation and the creamy vanilla of Iris and Milky Way. It is the perfect fusion of almost all editions that came before it.

This £185 whisky is one of the best I've tried in the £100-£350 range.

This whisky is truly a delight for the senses. On the nose, it offers a tempting array of aromas. The initial scent reveals a moreish, decadent, and sweet character. As you delve deeper into the bouquet, you'll detect notes of walnuts, leather, brioche, and dark chocolate. There's also a pleasant hint of winter woody spices and honeysuckle, adding a touch of complexity.

Moving on to the palate, the whisky delivers a creamy and complex experience. It's reminiscent of Christmas cake, with a delightful spice blend of nutmeg and peppercorns. The taste is further enhanced by the presence of clover honey and candied nuts, which lend a subtle sweetness.
