This 21-year-old edition is distilled and initially aged in whisky refill casks on December 16, 1999, after which it was carefully transferred into Oloroso sherry casks on February 26, 2015. Nose: Marzipan, hazelnuts, toffee and treacle. Furniture wax.
Palate: Cherry wood, brown sugar, caramelised pineapples and sticky toffee.
Finish: Fresh, light and sweet.
