Known for its remarkable 168-hour fermentation period, this whisky showcases a fresh and fruity spirit. Bottled at 43% ABV, it offers vibrant notes of lemon zest, honeydew melon, tropical fruits, and brown sugar, making it a delightful expression of the Tomatin distillery's craftsmanship.

Tasting Note by Gordon & MacPhail:
Nose: Fragrant lemon zest intertwine with rich tropical fruit and desiccated coconut. Honeydew melon and walnut notes develop.
Palate: Smooth dried pineapple pieces compliment ripe green apple and rich honey. Brown sugar undertones develop alongside dried banana.
Finish: Full with lasting malted biscuit and charred oak.
