Crafted by Master Distiller Robert Fleming, this small batch features liquid aged in ex-bourbon American oak casks and finished in hand-selected Amarone wine barrels from Italy. The result is a richly complex and full-flavored single malt Scotch.
Tasting Note by Tomintoul:
Nose: Inviting aromas of cherry crumble, sultanas, and baking spices with hints of oatmeal flapjacks and cocoa.
Palate: Layers of summer fruit pudding, raspberry coulis, ginger biscuits, and salted caramel with creamy panna cotta and cedar spices.
Finish: Warming impressions of honey and raisin porridge, pink peppercorn and chocolate cherry liqueurs lingering long on the tongue.
