Weber Haus Premium Black cachaça undergoes a meticulous distillation process in a handcrafted copper still, utilizing fresh sugar cane juice. Following this, it matures for two years in French oak casks, culminating in a one-year finishing period in balsam casks.
Tasting Note by Weber Haus:
Extremely pale colour that resembles white wine. A rather green and peppery cachaça with flavours of sweet sugar cane, vanilla, cashew nuts, and a tinge of ginger and allspice. Each sip adds new layers of depth while yet being quite light and refreshing. This cachaça should be savoured and consumed gradually.
