This new whisky, aged in high-vanillin and bourbon casks, is a celebration of indulgence. The high-vanillin casks were toasted in a unique way, allowing for an elevated concentration of vanillin—a compound that brings rich vanilla notes to whisky. It’s the first time Glenmorangie has experimented with this particular process, and the results are extraordinary.

Imagine ripe peach melba, honeycomb, and lemon sorbet, balanced by layers of brioche, marzipan, and coconut flakes, all drizzled with toffee-apple sauce.
