Re-imagined as a 15 Year Old, The Lasanta is Glenmorangie’s sherry cask finished single malt, matured in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks for a richer and more elegant expression. Dr Bill Lumsden describes it as bottling the magic of a sunset, with flavours that combine rich spice and sun-drenched sweetness.

Château Minuty 281 is the estate’s haute-couture cuvée, first released in 2015. Its name refers to Pantone 281, the intense Mediterranean blue adorning the bottle neck. The wine pays tribute to the sea that influences the vineyard and to Etienne Matton, who in the 1970s began cloning Minuty’s exclusive Grenache vines that today form the backbone of this cuvée.
The 2024 vintage comes from a selection of the estate’s finest plots on schist, clay, and sand terroirs. Grapes are hand-picked, with only free-run juice used. Vinification is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve purity. The result is a rosé with precision, elegance, and striking length, crafted for gastronomy and fine dining.

Château d’Esclans Rosé 2022 is the estate wine of Caves d’Esclans, produced entirely from grapes grown on the property. Crafted from Grenache and Rolle (Vermentino), it is vinified through a combination of stainless steel and barrel fermentation, bringing together freshness and complexity. Harvesting takes place in the cool of the morning to preserve fruit quality, with Optical Eye Sorting ensuring only the best grapes are selected.
The winemaking process includes soft crushing, immediate cooling to retain vivacity, and closed circuit pressing to reduce oxidation. Free run juice is then divided between 600-litre temperature-controlled oak demi-muids and stainless steel tanks. Battonage is carried out twice weekly over eight months before bottling, resulting in a rosé that is smooth and creamy in texture, rich on the palate, and long in finish.

Produced from a blend of premium free-run and press juices, it is meticulously fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, ensuring a refined and high-quality wine.
Tasting Note by Château d’Esclans: Nose: A beautifully pale pink, which is pleasing to the eye and draws one in.Palate: Whispering Angel rosé has a Fresh red berry fruit characteristics with floral notes. Ripe and fleshy feel on the palate.Finish: This popular rosé wine has great concentration, a smooth and round finish and no astringent aftertaste.
The first in the final set of seasonal small batch releases, representing spring on the Lochlea farm. Matured in 100% first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, this edition highlights floral aromatics from distilling in colder months.

Project 04 // Inverarity Morton is a limited-edition blended Scotch whisky created in collaboration with Inverarity Morton—a family-run business supporting the whisky trade since 1945. With a focus on bold character and versatility, this malt-forward blend was designed to surprise and delight, whether served neat or in mixed drinks.
Blended in February 2024 and bottled at 49.1% ABV, only 470 bottles were produced. The whisky features an extended finishing period in a yet-to-be-specified cask, chosen to add a final flourish in honour of Inverarity Morton’s ‘extra mile’ ethos.

Milroy’s Vintage Reserve aims to embody the graceful sophistication of aged distillates. These exceptional releases reflect the timeless whisky traditions of bygone eras. The 27 Year Old Benriach showcased here epitomizes this ethos perfectly. In contrast to many distillery releases, which blend various cask types, this bottling stands out for its straightforward approach. Aged to perfection in a refill hogshead, it harks back to an era when floor maltings were commonplace at the North Speyside distillery, offering a nostalgic glimpse into its history.
Tasting Note by Milroy's:Nose: Grassy yet dessert-like, poached pears come through first along with coconut, peanut, cashew, rich tea biscuits and a dusting of icing sugar. The Tomintoul 15 Years Old Madeira Cask Finish, distilled in 2008, initially matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks before undergoing a special finishing process in Madeira wine casks personally selected by Master Distiller Robert Fleming from Portugal's Madeira Islands. These Madeira wine casks have flawlessly complemented the Tomintoul Single Malt, infusing it with rich fruit flavours that enhance the whisky's character and complexity. These Cognac casks have seamlessly enhanced the Tomintoul Single Malt with rich fruit flavours, elevating the whisky's character and complexity. Bottled at a robust 46% abv, it retains its natural colour and avoids chill filtration. This release is limited, with only 8,082 bottles, each uniquely numbered.

The Glentauchers 12-Year-Old 2010, selected by Milroy's, is a single malt that was initially matured in a refill hogshead before being reracked into a first-fill Manzanilla hogshead for further aging. This whisky, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2022, has an alcohol by volume (ABV) of 56.3%. This particular expression was limited to just 251 bottles, making it a rare and collectible release.

Hailing from the esteemed Seattle-based craft distillery Westland, this American single malt whiskey is a testament to their excellence, having been named Craft Producer of the Year at the Icons of Whisky in 2016. The whiskey matures in casks formerly used to hold Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry, infusing it with rich and complex flavors.
Tasting Note by Westland: Nose: The aroma of honey-dipped oatmeal raisin cookies and quick richness are there in the nostrils. A drizzle of maple syrup is then applied to banana pancakes.Palate: There are initially kiwi aromas along with more notes of maple and raisin syrup. Tasting Note by Westland:Nose: Smouldering moss, flamed orange peel, and a background of nuttiness are the first notes in the nose.Palate: Peat erupts from the palate, expressing flavours of roasted pistachios, iodine, and campfire. The smouldering moss on the nose gradually transforms into burning embers and roasted plantains. As time passes, the palate also changes, moving towards more pronounced earth notes, green herbs, and increasing iodine towards the finish.
Roebuck Estates Blanc de Noirs 2015 is an exclusive creation meticulously crafted from hand-picked Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in our Roman Villa vineyard. Following a rigorous selection process, these grapes undergo whole-bunch pressing and partial fermentation in the finest French oak casks. A generous period of lees aging, lasting a minimum of 36 months, imparts depth, complexity, and richness to this wine. While it is currently enjoyable, its potential for improvement with further bottle aging is undeniable, promising an even more exceptional drinking experience in the future.
