The Battalion from J.J. Corry is a blend composed of 60% grain and 40% malt Irish whiskey that undergoes initial maturation in bourbon casks. The grain whiskey is then finished in Tequila casks for a short period, resulting in a distinctive and limited release of just 900 bottles for Batch 3. This expression is known for its lively and zesty character influenced by the unique Tequila cask finish.

Deep within the Mortlach distillery's stills, the blood moon's alluring ruby richness and intricate darkness worked their enchanting magic, endowing Mortlach itself with an uncommon and captivating essence. Tasting Note by Mortlach:Nose: Robust savoury, rich notes evoke a hearty cassoulet with haricots, tomatoes, spicy sausage, and crisp pork belly. A little water changes the picture again, lowering the spiciness and bringing up more rounded, wine-accented sweet red fruit.Palate: Rich and smoothly mouth-filling in texture, while the deep and intense taste is sweetly fruity rather than meaty, and spicy-dry, as the virgin oak makes its presence felt. Magnificently lively, with a richly layered taste, in which hints of ginger lead a spicy dance. A dash of water fashions a delicious, harmonious and strong marriage between fruitiness and black pepper spiciness.Finish: Long and deeply impressive, with power, fruit and black pepper in perfect harmony, a spicy kick as it goes down and a warming glow spreading across the palate. Finally, the palate is left dry, bathed in a glorious afterglow. A drop of water adds a dash of acidity.
Dalmore Vintage 2005 spirit starts its maturation in American white oak ex-Bourbon barrels for atleast 18 years and enhanced by hand-selected Matusalem Sherry and Vintage 2005 Sherry casks, with an ABV of 49.3%, natural colour, and non-chill filtered.

Part of the GlenAllachie Wine Series, this 9 year old Speyside malt initially aged in American oak and then refined in Douro Valley wine barriques, handpicked by Master Distiller Billy Walker. Hailing from Portugal's esteemed and ancient Douro Valley wine region, these barriques introduce rich hues and flavors of dried stone fruits and subtle spices. This 48% malt, limited to 2,000 cases, is non-chill filtered and boasts natural colors, ensuring a pure and nuanced tasting experience.
