Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged represents a new chapter in the distillery’s pursuit of flavour, created by aging whisky to taste rather than time. This expression combines tradition with innovation, using both the distillery’s classic rickhouses and its unique Limestone Cellar to mature the whisky for over a decade. The cooler, consistent temperature of the cellar slows the interaction between whisky and oak, yielding a bourbon that is richer, darker and more complex while maintaining Maker’s signature smoothness.
The 2025 release is a blend of 11, 13 and 14 year old Maker’s Mark bourbons, showcasing a fruit-forward depth balanced by layers of oak and sweetness. It defines what an older whisky can be when guided by taste, not convention.

Toki Black is the first limited edition in the Toki series, elevating the original blend with a refined smoky twist. Château Minuty 281 is the estate’s haute-couture cuvée, first released in 2015. Its name refers to Pantone 281, the intense Mediterranean blue adorning the bottle neck. The wine pays tribute to the sea that influences the vineyard and to Etienne Matton, who in the 1970s began cloning Minuty’s exclusive Grenache vines that today form the backbone of this cuvée.
The 2024 vintage comes from a selection of the estate’s finest plots on schist, clay, and sand terroirs. Grapes are hand-picked, with only free-run juice used. Vinification is carried out at low temperatures in stainless steel without malolactic fermentation to preserve purity. The result is a rosé with precision, elegance, and striking length, crafted for gastronomy and fine dining.
